Not medical advice

Everything on this site — including the nutrition calculator, blog posts, and any free content — is educational. It is not medical advice. Before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, talk to your doctor, especially if you have an existing condition, take medications, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.

Coaching agreement

Coaching with Eugene Morin is governed by a separate written client agreement signed at the start of your program. That agreement covers scope of services, payment terms, cancellation, refunds, and assumption of risk. The website terms do not replace it.

Use of this site

You may freely read, share, and link to anything on this site. Please do not copy substantial portions of the writing or rebrand the content as your own. The free nutrition calculator is provided as-is, runs locally in your browser, and is intended for personal informational use.

Limitation of liability

Eugene Morin is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from use of free content on this site. Use common sense, get medical clearance when appropriate, and stop if something hurts. Coaching clients receive an additional, more specific liability framework as part of their signed agreement.

Refunds

Refund terms for any paid program are spelled out in the client agreement and discussed openly on the intro call. There are no hidden fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Worldwide, United States.
