About your coach
15 years fixing diesel engines. Now I fix Mondays.
After retiring from commercial vehicle inspection in July 2025, I brought the same approach I used training apprentices for years — meet people where they are, diagnose the real problem, and teach the reasoning behind the fix — to a discipline that matters even more: body mechanics, health, and nutrition. Coaching is now my full-time focus.

I have no time. How long are the sessions?+
25-40 minutes, two to four times a week. If you can't find 25 minutes, we look at your week together and we find them. It's never as bad as it feels.
I have so much gym anxiety I can't walk in.+
Online coaching. We start in your living room if we need to. By week 6 most people are walking into a gym on their own. By week 10 they own the place.
Body shame is the real reason I haven't started.+
